Not a chance with a Rt/Me... His channeling abilities are very high, he will outdamage any healing you receive...

EDIT:
Sliver Armor 55 monk can do it...

If anyone finds an alternate way to do this it would be appreciated greatly if u post the info,i have no 55 monk, and i dont wanna buy all that armor and the runes to make a 55 necro (not that it would even work), so i would really love to see a different approach to this....i need that staff ROFL..ty

Actually, a 105hp Necro will work. It's unconventional, but it gets the job done.

You should have a fast casting/recharge blood staff or a fast casting/recharge wand and focus.

All the monsters in the mob and on the way to the mob can be dropped w/ Spoil Victor. You will use Vamp Gaze and Jaundiced Gaze to finsish them off. These spells are chosen for their range and fast 1 second casts. It's important to avoid getting dazed if possible. If you do then withdraw and use terrain to block the archers.

The first mob should be easy. Kill the ritualist first then the 2 kappas.
The second mob usually has 2 archers, a rit and a warrior. However, it may have 2 warriors. Pull them down to the shrine area and use terrain to block archers while you dispatch the warriors. WATCH for nightmare weapon. You might be able to pull them to the shrine and get priest help. Sometimes they will go down, sometimes not.

For the last mob:

You should pull to the center of the bridge and fight there. If you get nailed w/ concussion shot you can pull back and the Naga won't follow you.

Also, be ever vigilant against Nightmare Weapon. If you have 2 Naga warriors on you (and you will) they can drop you instantly. I typically die once per run, but I think that will be less of a problem as I get better. If you get low on hp (less than 40) pull back and vamp the warriors as they return to their spawn. If you die, just switch out a piece of armor for a normal non-superior piece. You'll be at 108hp.

Overall, I'd rate this as a high difficulty farm. The staff is nice though.

EDIT: I never kill the Naga Archers. You can do it if you start with a full bar of energy. However, they attack way too slowly. I may try Life Siphon to see if that can negate some of the healing they get from Troll Unguent. The problem is that it's a 2 second cast which is ample time for them to land a Concussion Shot.

Thanks. One word of caution though, it's a slow farm with Spoil Victor. I went blood because Spiteful Spirit wouldn't kill the archers (and it was a slow cast so they'd land Concussion easily). They fire too slowly to die and they have a good wilderness survival spec so Troll Unguent will heal them nicely. I originally tried Spiteful Spirit + Insidious Parasite + Reckless Haste. The problem is that these guys have Concussion Shot and even with the chance to miss they would land it more often than I could handle. If I were to go curses again I might try Descrate Enchants or Awaken the Blood in place of Reckless Haste.

You're correct about the 105hp. Just use a normal offhand and not the -50hp cesta.

The core skils for any 55/105hp build are:

Essence Bond
Blathazar's Spirit
Mending
Healing Breeze
Protective Spirit

8 Healing
10 Protection

Then you're free to play around. I put 16 in Blood and did Spoil Victor/Jaundiced Gaze/Vamp Gaze because they all have 1 second casts which really helps with not getting hit with Concussion Shot. I should also mention that the Naga Warriors have a sword interrupt so you'll be facing that as well.

This is definitely a hard and slow farm. It takes time to learn the patterns of the monsters and at multiple points you may need to withdraw and regenerate your health and energy. It's incredibly important to engage Ssyn's mob with full energy.

For the middle mob of Naga I will kill them all but the archer. I usually find that I'm low on energy so without withdrawing to safety to recharge it's impossible to kill him.

Ssyn and his mob are mixed with another mob. It's a crapshoot to which mob will be pulled if you hit a random monster. If you can, just hit Ssyn to pull him and his cronies back to the bridge. Take out the warriors first. Then you can get the ritualists/Ssyn. The archers are there to feed you energy. It's a risky tactic because of their Concussion Shot, but you can always withdraw when dazed. Without that energy you can't take down Ssyn.

Lastly, I'm going to try and substitute Vigorous Spirit for Vamp Gaze and see how that goes.

Good luck!

EDIT: I typically leave Naga Archers alive. They attack so slowly that you can only kill one if you have full energy.

Btw you should take the blessing from the priest right out of town .
Not for 55's though I think, cuz it adds health

Actually, the blessing isn't a bad idea. I've beaten the boss w/ around 150hp. The extra regen on top of mending could definitely help pull you through. I'll try it tonight.

Here it is done W/Mo style (fairly typical HH build).

I used Sentinel's armor with a zealous sword. Attributes are:

Strength 14
Healing 9
Tactics 5
Swords 12

Sever Artery
Silverwing Slash
Tiger Stance
Watch Yourself
Dolyak Signet
Wild Blow
Healing Hands
Live Vicariously

First, to get past the group with kappa and the rit naga, pull them with a bow and lure them back to the shrine with the luxon priest. It does not matter whether you have more luxon or kurzick faction - the priest will stay alive easily, allowing you to kill the kappa that keep blurred vision on you (make sure you land sever to make it go faster).

Next is the naga patrol on the bridge. Kill them (warriors first, then rit, then archers). For the archers, use wild blow when you see them use escape. Use HH whenever you're health goes below half (should only happen in the beginning).

For Ssyn's group, try to pull only his group with a bow. If you don't think you can without getting both, just pull the other group first, kill them, then go after Ssyn. For his group, notice where I'm standing. This spot is nice because you cant be hit by the archers (I havent tried just taking the entire group head on). Then basically, kill the warriors first, then the rits, and the archers, finally Ssyn. Should be fairly simple, no deaths or blessings required.

^^ Hehe... I just saw you at Jade Flats. Nice work!

I knew there was more than one way to skin a snake.

Anyway... after much expirimentation I put Life Siphon on the bar instead of Vigorous Spirit. It's a 2 second cast which sorta sucks because of concussion shots. However, it is much easier to kill the archers and warriors if you want. In fact the warriors have _ZERO_ healing so a few doses of life siphon and they drop.

Of course I didn't want to be outdone by some HH warrior so I went and killed the elementalist boss below too...

Of course... I did take the blessing... I'm not going to pass up +3 regen when I'm at 105hp.

It's not uncommon to die while fighting Ssyn's mob when you're on a 105hp build. The key is to go in with full energy and to back up immediately when you get nailed with Nightmare Weapon. You should be at the very edge of where you'll hold aggro. That way you can safely withdraw to regen health and energy. It's also nice to be able to withdraw and watch as that Naga Warrior who's been beating on you pulls away. Then you can Vamp him to death before he's out of range.

This really is a fairly advanced 105hp farm so don't be too hard on yourself about learning it.

Okay, i've basically perfected playing the 105hp build. Now the only problem i'm having is getting Ssyn dropping his damn staff. About 7-10 runs done so far, no drops.

BTW: The last mob is the only *hard* mob there, the first and second should be straight forward.

ok am now trying both builds as i have finally gotten my warrior there....he does not have sentinal's armor....but he does have 90base wyvern's with 10 vs physical...i have found that with the W/mo build u need not fight the second group at all....just cruise past em....by the time u get about halfway acrossed the bridge, they peel off, and do not get close enough to be a bother...now that i realize i need to be at the edge of the aggro point i will begin attempts again, see if that helps.
JW PS- i find that with Endure pain i still maintain an admirable amount of energy, and add more survivability than with watch yourself

I tried with a wammo as well, and failed miserably So I decided to employ a neutral party's help, remembering that I'm Kurzick.

http://img276.imageshack.us/img276/575/gw001it1.jpg

I don't really know how to describe it, check out the solo Sunreach guide for a better description.

At the first bunch of monsters lure them near the priest, when the priest runs forward to heal you just keep running away from him and he'll chase you but finally let him heal you anyway. Killing the kappas and leaving the naga ritualist alive, just keep going and luring the second pack of monsters, then run past them over the bridge. He'll keep chasing and healing you and you just run and he'll chase you all the way. Sometimes he'll heal the monsters also, sometimes.

You MUST have more kurzick faction than luxon faction.
